With the advent of Thera, pilots from all over Eden have been given a one-of-a-kind system. The attributes of Thera have given way to a hybrid form of gameplay unique in its manner and quality. While most people that have been in Thera are simply visiting, there are groups that have made Thera their home. Since discerning who is in Thera is somewhat difficult due to its wormhole style 'local', I have taken the initiative to create a channel specifically for the leaders of the Thera based groups.
Channel Name: Thera Kurultai
Purpose: A point of contact between leaders of Thera based entities.
Requirements: Those present must be leaders (including directors/diplos etc) of a Thera based entity.
This channel is:
"NOT a secret elitist club"
NOT an attempt to blue everyone up
NOT a coalition channel
NOT a place to be disrespectful
Contact "Seraph IX Basarab" via Eve mail/in game for access

No, it's a place for leadership to use as a point of contact. Conventional w-space has/had a channel just like it.

Actually i don't. This isn't a "hey let's make a thera local chat." There is already a very good one made by furtherance. So no on everything.
